Full refunds are offered for regular priced physical merchandise (excluding digital products) within 10 days that tracking has indicates an order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Important: Please leave your telephone number so we can contact you, if necessary.
If your return is accepted, and was purchased exlusively in the United States, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Outside United States Shazak will send you instructions on how and where to send your package, but will not pay for shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Digital items such as video rentals and pdfs cannot be refunded.
- Return shipping label is exclusively for United States. Outside United States must pay for their own shipping.
- Sale and discount items are not eligible for returns.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
